Data deletion instructions
Request the deletion of personal data processed by Naten AI Solutions.
How to make a request
Email admin@naten.ai with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include only the information needed to identify the relevant record:
- Your name;
- The email address or WhatsApp phone number used in the interaction, if applicable;
- The customer or business you interacted with, if known; and
- A short description of the request.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
What happens next
We may request additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant data. Requests are assessed and handled in accordance with applicable requirements and the role Naten has in the processing.
Requests related to a Naten customer
If your data was processed through an automation operated for a Naten customer, that customer generally controls the processing. Please contact the customer first where possible. Naten will assist the customer with a valid deletion request as required.
WhatsApp Business Platform requests
For data shared through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Naten can address data held in the relevant Naten-configured automation, subject to the customer's instructions and applicable requirements. We cannot delete data retained independently by WhatsApp, Meta or other third-party platforms; please use their privacy tools or contact them directly for those records.
