Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Naten AI Solutions ("Naten", "we", "us") website and, where applicable, the services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Naten provides software, AI-powered business-process automation, workflow automation, integrations and professional services. The services available to a particular customer depend on the applicable commercial agreement.
1. Services
Naten services may include AI and automation consulting; the design and implementation of automated business processes; AI agents; document and data processing; workflow orchestration; integrations with APIs, email systems, cloud storage, ERP, CRM and other business systems; custom software; dashboards and operational tools; WhatsApp Business Platform integrations; implementation, configuration and deployment; technical assistance and maintenance; recurring support or service subscriptions; and professional advisory services.
Website content may include examples, demonstrations and descriptions of services. It does not by itself create a commitment to deliver a particular service or outcome.
2. Customer-specific services
The scope, functionality, integrations, deliverables, implementation, pricing, setup fees, recurring fees and support arrangements for a customer may be set out in a proposal, order, statement of work, service agreement or other commercial agreement.
Where a customer-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for that customer to the extent it addresses the relevant matter.
3. AI and automated systems
Some services may use machine learning or generative AI to process text, documents or other business data; classify information; extract structured data; generate suggestions or proposed outputs; and automate predefined workflow steps.
Automated and AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers remain responsible for appropriate human oversight and review, especially before making material business, legal, financial, employment, safety or other high-impact decisions.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing lawful access to the systems and data needed for a service, and for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions and legal bases to supply that data or grant that access.
Customers must keep credentials secure; review automated outputs where appropriate; configure and use services in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies; avoid unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or prohibited use; and promptly notify Naten of material security issues or unauthorized access affecting an integration.
5. Third-party integrations
Naten services may depend on third-party platforms, APIs and providers, including messaging, cloud, email, productivity, AI/model, ERP, CRM and other business systems. Their terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.
Naten does not control third-party platforms. Changes, outages, limitations or suspension in those platforms may affect the availability or functionality of an integration or service.
6. WhatsApp Business Platform integrations
Where a customer enables a WhatsApp integration, it operates through the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Meta APIs. The customer must maintain the required WhatsApp Business account, phone-number permissions and applicable platform approvals, and must comply with Meta and WhatsApp terms and policies.
Naten may receive and process messages and related metadata exposed through an authorized business integration to provide the configured service. Naten does not gain arbitrary access to private WhatsApp conversations outside that authorized integration. Platform restrictions, changes, rate limits or suspensions may affect functionality.
7. Data protection and customer data
Personal-data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, customer agreements or data-processing arrangements. Information about personal-data deletion requests is available at naten.ai/data-deletion.
Customers retain their rights in the data and content they provide. Customers grant Naten the limited rights necessary to operate, process, transmit, store and transform that data only as needed to provide the contracted service.
8. Credentials and access
Integrations may require access tokens, API credentials, OAuth permissions or other technical credentials. Customers must provide credentials only through approved mechanisms and must have authority to grant the relevant access.
Access may be revoked when a service ends. If credentials or permissions expire, are revoked or otherwise become unavailable, Naten may be unable to provide all or part of the affected functionality.
9. Intellectual property
Naten retains rights in its pre-existing technology, software, methods, branding and reusable components. Customers retain rights in their own data and materials. Ownership or licensing of project-specific deliverables may be defined in the applicable customer agreement.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or reuse Naten website materials or technology without prior permission.
10. Availability, support and changes
Services may require maintenance and may be affected by third-party dependencies. Naten may update services for security, reliability or functionality. Material changes affecting contracted services will be handled in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.
Support, maintenance and technical assistance may be offered according to the relevant proposal or customer agreement. Naten does not promise uninterrupted availability unless expressly agreed in writing.
11. Fees and payment
Services may involve setup or implementation fees, recurring fees, and charges for additional work. Exact pricing and payment terms are defined in the relevant commercial agreement.
12. Prohibited use
You must not use Naten services or integrations for illegal activity, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party systems, malware, credential theft, spam or unlawful messaging, infringement of third-party rights, circumvention of technical or platform controls, or unlawful processing of personal data.
For messaging integrations, customers are responsible for complying with applicable consent, messaging and platform-policy requirements.
13. Suspension or termination
Naten may suspend or terminate access or services when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity, breach of platform rules, material breach of contractual obligations, or to address a risk to Naten or third parties. Customer-specific termination terms remain governed by the applicable commercial agreement.
14. Disclaimers and liability
Automated and AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Services are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, medical or other regulated advice unless expressly agreed. Third-party platform availability is outside Naten's control.
Liability is subject to applicable law, the applicable customer agreement and the nature of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its updated date.
